Ginger encourages normal blood circulation, helps detoxify, remedies menstrual discomfort and is an incredible food to relieve stress.
Turmeric is great for indigestion and flatulence. It contain curcumin which can inhibit the growth of cancer cells.

-3 lemon wedges squeezed into a glass
-thumb sized piece of ginger sliced
-1 tsp ground turmeric
Put all ingredients into a mug and pour semi boiled water into the cup. Sweeten with a tsp of good quality, organic honey if desired.
